The guide and community ranger will show and give explanations of many natural resources there. Arrival at the campsite next to a river will be at around 4:00pm. You can enjoy a swim while the guide and ranger prepare dinner. You’ll enjoy your dinner by candle and fire light. Later, you can go on a nocturnal safari around the campsite looking for native animals, such as Loris-pigmy’s or civets. The chance to see wildlife on the night trek is very high, especially nocturnal species, but no guarantees. On the rare chance you don’t see any wildlife, the jungle is still very impressive and exciting. After an hour, you’ll return to the campsite and go to bed.

The trek then continues on through the jungle, all the time slowly heading in a southwest loop. You’ll enjoy the amazing jungle sights with chances to spot different types of native wildlife. Around 4 or 5pm, you will arrive at a farm where the Kavet people will welcome you into their homes for the night. You will have time to explore, socialize or just relax. You will have dinner with your host family & your guide will be happy to do the interpreting.
